How PublishSentry works

1. Step 1

   Add your school website

   Tell us the public website URL. We only look at publicly linked pages and documents.

2. Step 2

   We scan linked documents

   Policies, notices and related files are discovered from the site. We extract review and expiry dates where they are stated clearly.

3. Step 3

   Review factual findings

   You receive observations such as a passed review date, a broken link, or a document category we could not locate. We do not say you are legally non-compliant.

4. Step 4

   Share a private report

   Each report uses an unguessable link. It is not an official certification.
